A meeting of the University Court will be held at 8.30 am on Friday 12 September 2014.

Papers are available to members of the Court for download. In accordance with the Court's policy on openness, any person may request sight of any paper referred to on the agenda for a Court meeting. Papers will be made available on request after the date of the meeting, with the exception of those considered by the University Secretary to be particularly sensitive (e.g. containing personal details, legal advice or information of commercial value). 1. PRINCIPAL'S REPORT

2. UPDATE ON THE BIOMEDICAL AND LIFE SCIENCES TEACHING PROJECT
The University asserts that this Information is exempt from public disclosure and claims the exemptions in S.30 and S.33 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Paper not available electronically
3. MEMBERSHIP OF COURT
To note that following the departure of Dr Sam Crouch from the Court the process of electing her successor is currently underway, and to consider the membership of the Committees on which Dr Crouch was to serve where there is an immediate requirement to do so.
4. STIRLING CONFERENCE
The Ordinances of the University of Stirling prescribe that membership of the Stirling Conference should include one person appointed by each of the Courts of the other Scottish Universities. The Court is invited to consider, and if it is so minded, approve the appointment of Mr Keith Mackle in this capacity.
